The PIPER respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the User account and/or User Submissions of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others. As explained in our Terms of Use, User Submissions include anything that the PIPER users share publicly on the PIPER's social forums and social media channels, such as comments and the PIPER.

If you believe that any content on the PIPER infringes your copyright, send a notice to PIPER@pregistry.com that includes the following information:

1) A description of the copyrighted content you believe has been infringed

2) A link to or description of where the alleged infringing content is located on our Site

3) Your contact information (address, phone number, and email address)

4) A statement by you that the content’s use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

5) A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf

6) An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on his or her behalf

We will respond to all notices that comply with these requirements. We will investigate your claim and remove any infringing content.
